If you are struggling with the loss of a loved one you know hard it can be to manage the sense of emptiness and emotional pain that grief brings.

This is a group for members suffering the loss of a loved one and an opportunity to feel supported and understood during a very difficult time.

• Co-facilitated by Misty Davis LPC and Nichole Phillips, an experienced quality mental health professional in her residency
• The group will meet for 6 consecutive Thursdays from 6:30-7:30PM staring February 23 and ending March 30 at 3741 Westerre Parkway Suite C Henrico, VA 23233.
• Meetings will take place in a small group setting with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 participants and the group will be closed to new members after the second session on March 2.
• The cost is $140 for the 6 week session.
